Warranty & Maintenance

• Equipment warranties are subject to manufacturer terms (e.g., Daikin or other brands)
• Service warranties apply only to work carried out by SVAC
• AMC services are governed by separate agreements and coverage details

Limitation of Liability

SVAC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses due to improper use or third-party interference
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure events)

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the service contract.
